The Sony Xperia C was released in July 2013 and was mainly aimed at buyers in China. It had a decent sized 5-inch screen with okay resolution for the time. Under the hood was a quad-core chip from Mediatek MT6589. The main 8-megapixel camera snapped photos that didn't totally suck thanks to that Sony sensor, and it was running a fairly recent version of Android at the time called Jelly Bean.
