Tecno Megapad 2 Highlights
The Tecno Megapad 2 was unveiled in Bangladesh on 13 August 2026, and is already making waves as a good value for money for those seeking a larger screen without the high price tag.
The MediaTek Helio G99 chipset is installed in the center of the device, which features a 6nm architecture octa-core chipset and a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Not a flagship engine, but it's more than sufficient for all your regular browsing, streaming and light multitasking needs. The tablet is powered by Android 16 operating system and topped with Tecno's in-house HIOS 16 operating interface.
But the Megapad 2 really impresses fans of entertainment with its 11" IPS LCD screen. The sharp resolution of 1600x2560 and smooth 90Hz refresh rate make scrolling and video playback very smooth. The Gorilla Glass protection is an added bonus at this price.
The battery life is, in fact, probably the most notable attribute. The 8200mAh battery is packed into Tecno's tablet, which is powered by 18W fast charging via the USB Type-C port, perfect for those who read, stream or work on their tablet for long hours.
In terms of the camera, the Megapad 2 has a 1080p video front-camera and a 1080p video back-camera, both of which are limited to 8MP.
The tablet is 484 grams and only 6.6mm thick, so it's quite portable, although not as easy to carry around as some. It comes in three colours: Space Grey, Light Green and Cosmic Orange, providing the buyer with some personality. The Tecno Megapad 2 price in Bangladesh is BDT 36,999 (Official) for 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
