The first thing I really liked was the well-balanced feel of the phone. Despite its large 6.83-inch screen, it is not too heavy or cumbersome to hold, the phone weighs 215.7 grams. Another big advantage is the IP68 certification, that is, the phone is water and dust resistant, which adds an extra layer of protection for everyday use.

The placement of the buttons is perfect, and the haptic feedback is good. The glass on the back is smooth and it can be slippery, it is recommended to use the case that comes with it. It is a bit prone to fingerprints, in the darker color options.

When compared to other phones of the same caliber such as the OnePlus Nord 3 or Realme GT Neo 6, the Poco F7 is neck in neck with them, and in some instances, it even surpasses them in brightness and color saturation.

Gorilla Glass 7i covers the screen providing a sense of security against scratches. I also appreciated the fact that it has Dolby Vision and HDR10 +, so the content is sharp and rich in color.

Nevertheless, it still contains some minor weaknesses. The screen edges are a bit rounded, and this feature might also cause unwanted touches. The 50MP main camera is a good place to start and I found it gives you crisp and detailed images in the day. The colors appear natural, and the range of dynamic is balanced. The feature that impressed me most was the LiquidCool 4.0 system that maintained the phone cool after playing games over a long period of time. It is powered by HyperOS 2 which is based on Android 15 on a software level. It has a clean and responsive interface and various customization options and better management of apps.
