Vivo S30 Pro Mini a mini powerhouse, which combines the fineness of a flagship device in a size that comfortably fits in your hand. It is not a little brother of the S30 Pro, it is a bold statement by its own means with an elegant design, high-refresh AMOLED screen, and a performance kick thanks to an able chipset.

This could be due to the fact that you find its design very sleek and attractive or you are just wondering what kind of power they are able to fit into such a slim body, but either way the S30 Pro Mini is definitely going to bring a high-end feel without the associated size. So what makes this Mini anything but modest? Well, let us find out.

An In-Depth Review on Vivo S30 Pro Mini

A new flagship-grade compact model, the Vivo S30 Pro Mini, has made its way into the Bangladeshi market, drawing attention for its sleek design and top-tier specs. With its vibrant AMOLED display, powerful Dimensity chipset, and impressive camera setup, it’s quickly becoming a buzzworthy choice among tech enthusiasts. If you're considering this premium compact device, it's essential to explore its features and current pricing. In this review, I’ll break down all the key details and the latest Vivo S30 Pro Mini price in Bangladesh to help you make an informed decision.

Box Content

This is what you get inside the Vivo S30 Pro Mini box:

  • Vivo S30 Pro Mini Smartphone
  • 90W Fast Charger
  • USB Type-C cable
  • Silicon case
  • SIM ejector tool
  • User manual

Opening the box of Vivo S30 Pro Mini was really a kind of personal discovery as the lid opened and I saw a carefully selected set. The phone, perched proudly on the tray, was accompanied by a close-fitting, cushioned silicone cover that instantly became protective. Hidden below, there was the mighty wall charger 90W depending on your region and a durable USB‑C cable that guaranteed quick energy. A SIM-eject tool, getting started guide and warranty booklet completed the basics.

Design & Build Quality

When I first held the Vivo S30 Pro Mini in my hand, the design was murmuring “mini luxury.” The 6.31″ flat‑screen LTPO OLED display is framed in thin 8.0 mm aluminum side parts, making it feel like an iPhone with rich pastel colors Black, Blue, Yellow, Pink that blend with the frame color to create a flush appearance.

Turn it around, and the back is aglow with a pill-shaped camera setup and a small Aura Light beside the periscope sniper lens a balancing wink at current sophistication . The metal middle frame gives it a reassuring inflexibility, and the matte or glossy back versions resist fingerprints and still feel silky in the hand.

Though the S30 Pro Mini has a compact size, it is pleasantly heavy at 186 g, not too-like or too heavy . IP69 waterproofing Another highlight: full IP69 waterproofing is a rare honor in this size category and ensures peace of mind in case of spills and splashes.

A minor nitpick: its matte or shiny back cover can be a bit slippery, just as many slick metal-frame phones are, so a case is a convenient accessory, bare-handed use might be a bit slippery. But luckily one gets into the box.

All in all, Vivo has aced the compact flagship recipe: slick, tactile, and solid without sacrificing any of the high-end feel in its diminutive shell.

Display

The first thing that I did after turning on the Vivo S30 Pro Mini was getting absorbed into the 6.31‑inch flat LTPO AMOLED screen, it is one of those displays that feel unusually large on such a small body. At its silky 120 Hz refresh rate and sharp 1.5 K resolution (2,640 × 1,216 pixels), all scrolling, swiping, or swipe-down notifications simply glide noticeably more smoothly than on many bigger.

Color coverage is vibrant and full, with DCI‑P3 gamut coverage and deep blacks and punchy highlights that are great when streaming a show or playing video games. The screen reaches a maximum of 3,000 nits of brightness under daylight. That is sufficiently bright in most situations, but it cannot compete with some of the competition that reaches 4,500-5,000 nits . In the direct sun I sometimes had to lean over it or cover it with my hand.

A small detail that has been left out? Curved edges. The flat panel makes navigation easier, however, it does not provide that wraparound immersive experience that curved AMOLEDs do. Positively, I did not find any distracting PWM flicker, as I have with some previous Vivo models although I cannot confirm a full developer-mode override as on the higher-end models .

The only slight quirk in an otherwise excellent display is that brightness dips a little in very sunny conditions. In general, the screen of the S30 Pro Mini offers a combination of compact comfort and flagship-level image quality, achieving an unusual and very welcome compromise, although power users may want a little more peak brightness in bright light.

Camera

The first time I held the Vivo S30 Pro Mini to take a portrait next to the water, it was obvious that its camera system is bigger than its small body. The main array is a triple 50 MP f/1.88 aperture (Sony IMX921, 1/1.56″, OIS), periscope 3× telephoto (IMX882, f/2.65) and 8 MP ultra‑wide is a high-end package in a small housing.

The main camera provides vivid and detailed images during the day with a wide dynamic range and steady OIS. Its HDR automatically switches on and off, providing luscious tones and clean edges in difficult light. The periscope zoom is restricted to 3x optical, but offers unexpectedly sharp shots, especially of faraway subjects, but cannot match 5x competitors in reach.

The super wide angle lens was also impressive. It is also macroc-style tight enough to pick up fine details with little distortion.

Daylight Photo:

And a daytime shot on the Vivo S30 Pro Mini. Observe crisp fine-details, correct colors and great HDR performance. The primary 50 MP camera takes care of well-lit scenes effortlessly and provides ample textures and contrasts even in challenging light.

Low-Light Photo:

This night photograph is brilliant courtesy of Aura Light and f/1.88 lens. Shadows are nicely lit, and subject detail is excellent, but you will notice a little noise in the deep dark areas. Nevertheless, it is impressive concerning such a small phone.

50MP front camera Selfies were detailed and colorful, but evening portraits were better with the Aura Light ring in dimlight situations.

The videography is limited to 4K/30fps, and OIS ensures that handheld stability is good. With that said, it lacks 4K/60 and gyro-EIS, which means that fast-paced shots may contain some shake.

The camera system on the S30 Pro Mini offers flagship-like flexibility in a much smaller package, and only a few compromises, the omission of higher zoom and 4K/60 video otherwise it is a camera experience that you would not expect on a phone of this size.

Performance & Software

My initial impression of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini was that of a compact prowess and the Mediatek Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset within did not fail to impress.

In everyday use, apps open immediately, gestures are fluid, and multitasking is managed without issues due to the large amount of RAM and optimization of Funtouch OS, as marketing materials boast a 20% faster app startup and priority foreground scheduling. Gaming is also not a problem, games such as Genshin Impact can easily reach medium‑preset 60 fps, with just a few frame drops during long, intense gaming sessions, all thanks to superb thermal design.

Software, on the other hand, is quirky. Based on Android 15, Funtouch OS 15 Vivo global shell is feature-rich in customization and small‑window multitasking, although cases of bloatware (V‑Appstore, duplicate tools) and unreliable gestures or animations are often noted by users.

Other Reddit users report lag with third‑party launchers or mention a laggy animation, bad customization, and slow response, which can make the temperatures go above 41 °C even during simple tasks.

Updates are lackluster: Funtouch OS 14/15 introduces optimizations to the smoothness and multitasking, though reviewers only mention two Android updates and three years of security updates.

Conclusively, Vivo offers a flagship speed performance in a tidy package. As long as you do not mind avoiding some software baggage and periodic warmth, you will have a smooth experience.

AnTuTu Benchmark & GeekBench Score

Personally, I was quite impressed with the benchmark scores when I tested the Vivo S30 Pro Mini. It averaged about 1.17million on AnTuTu Benchmark (v10), with some outlets claiming even up to 2.13 to 2.30 million. That puts this small device in the flagship territory, directly against much bigger and more expensive models.

Geekbench 6 scores were just as positive, as the single-core result floated at around 2,265, and the multi-core results exceeded 7,300. These figures are not only good on paper- they were my actual experience when I was using the phone.

I could multitask between apps, edit pictures, and even play games at ease without the device showing signs of perspiration. All of that was fast and smooth, courtesy of the powerful Mediatek Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset. But after extended periods of gaming, I did feel some amount of warmth accumulating, which is expected considering the slim profile. It did not result in any performance loss, but it is important to consider in case you are a power user.

Battery & Charger

Vivo S30 Pro Mini reinvents the idea of small phone battery life. Equipped with a large 6,500 mAh battery, it easily gets through an entire day of heavy gaming, streaming, and multitasking without the need to grab the charger. It can readily last into a second day in lighter usage situations, and is thus good travel or heavy workday use.

The charging is also amazing, as Vivo implemented its own 90W FlashCharge. The device takes around 42 minutes to charge up to 100%, and 74 percent in half an hour. Such fast charging is possible with the help of Vivo FlashCharge Protocol (VFCP) that is optimized to work with Vivo devices but might not be compatible with third-party chargers . It has been observed by the users that charging may be much slower when non-Vivo chargers are used.

A small detail is the proprietary charging standard of Vivo. Although it will guarantee the best charging rates when using the supplied charger, it can require some inflexibility should one wish to use third-party charging accessories. Further, it has been mentioned by some users that the charging speed may also be affected by the quality and compatibility of the charging cable and adapter being used.

To conclude, the Vivo S30 Pro Mini is an outstanding smartphone in terms of battery life and fast charging, which is why it can be an excellent pick among consumers who value both performance and endurance in a mini body.

Vivo S30 Pro Mini Price in Bangladesh

The Vivo S30 Pro Mini price in Bangladesh is BDT 72,000 (Unofficial) for 12GB of RAM and 256GB of phone storage. For enthusiasts craving more space, the 12 GB + 512 GB model jumps to ৳78,000, while the top-tier 16 GB + 512 GB edition lands around ৳86,000

These prices shocked me, to be honest. In comparison to other flagships that are floating around the ৳70-80k mark, you are looking at a compact flagship performance with some premium features such as IP-grade water resistance, a bright LTPO AMOLED screen, and a powerful Mediatek Dimensity 9300 Plus processor. The unofficial tag certainly suggests import status (no locally-available warranty), but that flagship-level construction and spec sheet are hard to argue with, provided you can live with grey-market ambiguities.

Final Word

Having used the Vivo S30 Pro Mini in real life, I can tell you that this is a unique combination of power, beauty, and small size. It is comfortable to hold in hand, but beastly in terms of performance, be it gaming, photography, or everyday multitasking. Admittedly, it has some quirks, but they seem insignificant next to all the things it does right. When you are in search of flagship performance in a smaller package, then this S30 Pro mini could be your newfound love.
