Story Hightlights
The battery life has always been a determining factor to which a smartphone is purchased, however, the Realme P4 Power is setting the bar high. It has an insane 10,001mAh battery built into a device that does not look at all unusual, and it is disruptive to the notion that long life should be traded off.
Realme has proven itself capable of taking big batteries to the mainstream phones and this time around it is even bigger. However, does the P4 Power only have the numbers, or does it provide a well-rounded overall experience? I will discuss its performance in real life in this review and whether it really lives up to its name of Power.
An In-Depth Review on Realme P4 Power
Looking for a smartphone that lasts and performs without any issues? The Realme P4 Power is a battery-oriented daily driver that is based on its huge 10,001mAh battery and a powerful Dimensity chipset. It offers long screen time, consistent performance and a minimalist and contemporary software experience that suits daily usage. On paper, it is all about stamina and utility. However, is it a balanced power, usability, and price in Bangladesh? In this review, we can be more specific.
Box Content
This is what you get inside the Realme P4 Power box:
- Realme P4 Power Smartphone
- 80W Fast Charger
- USB Type-C cable
- Protective Case
- SIM ejector tool
- User manual

When you open the box of the Realme P4 Power, you will be welcomed to a relatively standard yet complete package. The handset, an 80W fast charger, a USB Type-C cable, a transparent protective case, a SIM ejector tool, and the standard paperwork are included inside. Realme here is practical in terms of no unnecessary things, no flashy details, only what is necessary to get you started with the phone. It is a simple unboxing experience, as is the no-nonsense approach of the phone.
Design & Build Quality
The Realme P4 Power has a design language that is inspired by the Realme GT line, which is officially named as the TransView Design. It comes in Silver, Orange, and Blue and our Silver unit has a clean and understated appearance. The finish is not flashy but modern enough, and stylish enough to appeal to younger users but subtle enough to look attractive to the person who is more inclined to a more basic look.
And now, the most obvious issue, weight. With a huge battery capacity of 10,01mAh, you would have thought that this phone would weigh like a brick. Amazingly, it is not very bulky at 219 grams and 9.08mm thick. Yes, it has the weight, but it is not too heavy and is not painful when you have to make long calls or binge-watch. It is 162.26mm high and 76.15mm wide and fits into the hand well as a device of this size.

Another good attribute is durability. The phone has an IP68 and IP69 rating, it is dustproof and waterproof (up to 1.5 meters within 30 minutes). Realme also provides ArmorShell ™ protection and Corning Gorilla Glass on the front to give additional security.
The one bottom-firing speaker is a minor compromise. As it becomes loud enough, the audio may be directional and a little muffled by putting your hand in the way.
Display
Realme p4 power has a huge 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED HyperGlow 4D Curve+ screen and frankly it is more refined than you would anticipate at this stage. The panel has a crisp 1280x2800 resolution, 453ppi pixel density and a 91.66 screen-to-body ratio, which makes it look sharp and immersive. The rounded edges provide a bit of luxury, and scrolling and consumption of media become more interesting.
Colours are rich, blacks are dark (as you would want them to be with AMOLED), and HDR10+ is supported, which improves streaming on sites such as Netflix. Realme also boasts of up to 6500 nits brightness at its peaks, which facilitates being seen outdoors. The beauty is also provided with protection in the form of Corning Gorilla Glass 7i that makes it durable.

The 144Hz refresh rate on paper is an exciting idea and does result in a smooth animation. Nevertheless, 144Hz is fully used only in a few apps such as Calculator, Compass, and Recorder. In everyday life, it is more convenient to use adaptive refresh that is battery friendly.
I was a bit worried that there would be accidental touches because of the curved display, particularly when gaming but the touch response was accurate all along. This, in general, is surely one of the best features of the P4 Power, sharp, fluid, and really pleasant to work with.
Camera
The Realme P4 Power has a dual rear camera with the main sensor of 50 MP Sony IMX882 with OIS and 8MP ultra-wide lens. It has a 16MP selfie camera on the front. The camera application has numerous creative features with AI-based features, such as AI Landscape, Street mode, and AI Edit Genie 2.0; it is easy to use and makes the user feel comfortable trying different options before making a post on social media.
Daylight Photo:
The 50MP sensor works well in the daytime. Photos are produced with rich but generally balanced colours, good contrast and an appealing dynamic range. The P4 Power is also more colour-accurate than aggressive when compared to competitors such as the Motorola Edge 70. Specifications are strong, but not the best in the industry, and the general appearance is natural enough to share on a daily basis.

Low-light Photo:
It is in low-light where things are mixed. The phone can retain relatively natural colours and I like it, but it has a problem with exposure control and light flares. Noise is visible and the darker scenes are lost in detail. Night Mode is better at flare management and brightness, and the images may have a touch of over-processing, and the finer textures seem to have been smoothed.
The 8MP ultra-wide camera performs fairly well under bright conditions and provides natural colours. Dynamic range and distortion control are however some of the areas where the limitations can be felt particularly when compared to the ultra-wide sensors of higher resolutions in rival devices.

Portrait shots can be used, and warm colors can be used, which many users can like. The edge detection is not that good especially in areas near hair, but it is good enough in casual portraits.
With video, the rear camera is capable of 4K 30fps and 1080p 60fps, and the front is capable of 1080p 60fps. OIS stabilisation assists in maintaining the footage under normal conditions.
Performance & Software
Realme P4 Power is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset, which is based on the 4nm process, with Mali-G615 MC2 and Realme HyperVision+ AI chip. Paperwise, it might not be leading benchmark charts compared to the competitors such as the Motorola Edge 70 or OPPO K13 Turbo, but its numbers are still good in its price range.
The phone is smooth and reliable in its daily usage. There are no stresses when it comes to messaging, social media, browsing, and streaming. I did notice some hiccups, the camera application was sometimes slow and some apps took an extra second to open, but nothing so severe as to spoil the experience.

The performance of gaming is surprisingly good. Titles such as Mobile Legends operated without issues and even BGMI and COD Mobile had stable frame rates when played over a longer period. The device was also cooled down to a comfortable level, helped by its massive graphite cooling system of 13,743mm 2, after almost an hour of play.
Realme UI 7.0, which has been built on Android 16, is smooth and slick on the software side. The new Flux Engine improves the animations so that they appear smooth and reactive. Such details as the frosted glass effect and the ability to customize the fingerprint animations give it a personality. Although it is full of pre-installed applications, the majority of them can be uninstalled. In general, the software experience is current, sleek, and easy to use.
AnTuTu Benchmark & GeekBench Score
In terms of benchmarking, the Realme P4 Power records a score of approximately 7,38,730 on the AnTuTu benchmark, which is a good score on a mid-range smartphone. It is obvious that the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra provides strong and balanced overall performance in comparison with numerous devices in this price range.

The phone scores 1,063 in single-core tests and 2,966 in multi-core tests in Geekbench (CPU) tests. These figures indicate that daily activities, application switching and light multitasking are managed comfortably.
In a second Geekbench 6.5 test, the results were approximately 1,075 (single-core) and 2,919 (Multi-core), which is more or less in line with what this chipset should have scored. In general, the benchmark performance is more about consistent, reliable performance than the unquestionable speed of the class.
Battery & Charger
The most notable aspect of the Realme P4 Power is definitely the huge 10,001mAh Li-Ion battery, and in practice, it does not disappoint the hype. The phone scored 21 hours and 8 minutes in PCMark battery test, which is one of the longest battery tests we have ever done.

As a main phone on 5G, with Always-On Display on and the refresh rate set to its maximum, it easily provided two full days of intensive use, including streaming, significant screen time, and even downloading large games. After that, approximately 20 percent of the battery was left.
Such a large battery is of course time consuming to charge, but the 80W wired fast charging is quite good, achieving 50 percent in approximately 36 minutes and charging to near full in approximately 80 minutes. It also includes 55W PPS, 13.5W PD/QC support, and 27W reverse wired charging, virtually making the phone a power bank.
Realme P4 Power price in Bangladesh
The Realme P4 Power price in Bangladesh is BDT 37,000 for 8GB + 128GB variant and BDT 41,000 for 8GB + 256GB variant. This price gives the phone a very huge 10,001mAh battery, smooth performance and a big AMOLED display. The Realme P4 Power is a good phone to take up if you desire a phone that is long lasting and can be used on a daily basis.
Final Word
The Realme P4 Power has a single-handedly battery life and it does not disappoint. Its huge battery size of 10,001mAh, smooth display, and day to day functionality makes it appear as a reliable companion in daily life. It is not the strongest or camera-oriented phone of its class, but in case long-term use is the most important to you, this phone makes a very good case.
