I was initially skeptical about the Realme Neo7 Turbo when I got a hold of it because at first glance, it did not seem to be special. It had a surprisingly polished design, the weighting was good and that 144Hz screen?
It did not take much time to realize that this phone is not made only to perform. It is suitable to be used in reality, be that gaming, binge-watching or multitasking your way through a busy day.
Everything was brisk, smooth, and right in the very first tap. This is a review telling you just how well it performs when taken out of the specification sheet and why it could well surprise you too.
An In-Depth Review on Realme Neo7 Turbo
Realme Neo7 Turbo is a power-intensive smartphone with features that support power users and gamers alike. It has a blazing-fast processor, 144Hz AMOLED display, and a powerful cooling system, which makes it very smooth and responsive. The model is a combination of the top-notch features and the daily usability.
But just like any device, it does not come without its shortcomings, which include lack of an official waterproof rating. This article is about all the major advantages and disadvantages, technical features of the Realme Neo7 Turbo, and its current price in the Bangladeshi market so that you can make a proper decision.
Box Content
This is what you get inside the Realme Neo7 Turbo Design box:
- Realme Neo7 Turbo Smartphone
- 100W Charger
- USB Type-C cable
- Protective Case
- SIM ejector tool
- User manual

Opening the Realme Neo7 Turbo was something new, everything you could need to start using the device is right there. The Realme Neo7 Turbo smartphone itself, a 100W USB-C charger, a similar USB-C cable, a protective case, a SIM ejector tool, and the user manual will be found inside the box. It is a nice detail that a protective case is included so that your device is safe at the very beginning. The 100W charger is very impressive, being able to recharge the huge 7,200mAh battery to 50 percent in only 19 minutes. In general, the unboxing experience not only leaves a good impression on the device itself.
Design & Build Quality
The Realme Neo7 Turbo has an innovative design, which makes the phone have a transparent back panel that shows a look at the internal parts of the phone. The design option does not only introduce a futuristic look, it also emphasizes the high-tech nature of the device.
The panel on the back is made of glass, which gives it a superior touch, but it can also be affected by fingerprints. The size of the device is 162.4 x 76.1 x 8.6 mm, and it weighs around 205g, thus being rather big and easy to hold.

The front panel of the phone features a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, guaranteeing good image quality and lively colors. The 1.3mm thin bezel frames provide an immersive viewing experience. Also, the gadget is IP68 and IP69 certified, meaning that it can be resistant to dust and water, and, as a result, it is more durable.
The transparent back is aesthetically pleasing but not to everyone. It may be desired by some to have a more traditional, opaque design to make it look sleeker. Moreover, the glass back is high-quality, but it can accumulate fingerprints and be slippery without a case. All these small negatives aside, the design and build quality of the Realme Neo7 Turbo are impressive, with a balance between looks and practicality.
Display
The display is one of the best features of the Realme Neo7 Turbo- its performance is gorgeous and does not lag in real-life usage. I was immediately hooked by its sharp and vibrant 6.8‑inch 1.5K AMOLED screen, which gets an extra boost with a silky‑smooth 144Hz refresh rate that makes everything feel satisfying to scroll and swipe. Playing a game, or watching a video, the images are clear and rich with almost bezel-less sides and deep DCI-P3 color coverage.
The thing that struck me the most was outdoor visibility: the visibly astonishing 6,500 nits peak brightness makes reading even in full daylight not only possible but also comfortable no more squinting or covering the display with your hand. Also, there was ultra-high-frequency PWM dimming of 4,608 Hz, which made low-light usage non-straining, and there were no flicker-related eye strain when scrolling at night.

With that said, it is not flawless. My sole compromise: the panel is not LTPO, so these refresh rates do not go as low as 1 Hz, hence not as power-efficient as some competitors . Nonetheless, most users will find that the compromise is worth making considering the depth of the visuals, the accuracy of the colors, and general fluidity.
When using it day-to-day, the screen is premium, fast, vivid, and very usable under any lighting conditions. Although a proper adaptive refresh experience would have been the cherry on the cake, as it is, it offers an excellent viewing experience all round.
Camera
My practical experience shows that the Cameras & Video system on the Realme Neo7 Turbo is very sturdy to use in everyday life but with some reservations.
My outdoor tests had it take clear, well-exposed daylight images with its 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor (f/1.88) with OIS, and I found it to be accurate in color and sharpness even after a heavy afternoon of shooting. The 8MP ultrawide lens (f/2.2) was also good, but the details are softened when there is less light.
Daylight Photo:
In daylight, the 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with OIS is excellent in terms of neutral white balance, clean detail, and impressive dynamic range. I discovered that even 2x crops have exceptional sharpness to them with the help of Super Light Engine, and the ultrawide lens maintains color tones well, though edge clarity is slightly reduced. Landscape and city shots were very bright and clear and it was easy to take memorable shots outside.

Low-light Photo:
The camera does fairly well in night or low-light mode. It does well on exposure and noise is fairly under control even when handheld stability is good. But in extremely dark settings, fine detail loses sharpness and some grain can be detected, especially with the ultrawide lens, it cannot keep the detail that the main sensor does. There is also no telephoto lens, and zooming will be based on digital crop, which will further harm the image quality.
In terms of shooting video, the phone stood out due to the 4K at 60 fps support and good stabilization (combination of OIS and EIS), which made videos stable when they were shot by hand or when the phone moved. The 1080p @ 60 fps was also well supported by the 16 MP front camera, which is great when making video calls or doing casual vlogs.

With that said the Achilles heel of the model is the low-light performance. In low-light situations, I found the noise and blur to be more pronounced and Realme itself in its own FAQ recommends not using shaky hands in Night mode. A telephoto lens is not used and zooming occurs through digital cropping which may cause a loss of details that is noticeable.
The camera package of the Neo7 Turbo can perform best in sunlit conditions and steady video recording, and it is quite versatile and reliable. Its main lens, made OIS-compatible, is the undisputed star, whereas the ultrawide is fine but dim in low-light conditions. It is not the best option in terms of night photography or zoom but when it comes to daily snaps, selfies, and videos with great detail, it is a good performer.
Performance & Software
In the case of Performance & Software, Realme Neo7 Turbo definitely lives up to the label Turbo despite not being without fault.
So powered by the Dimensity 9400e, a 4 nm powerhouse featuring Cortex-X4 cores, and the Immortalis-G720 GPU. When using it in the real world, I can say that multitasking and changing between apps are silky smooth, and even games with heavy graphics such as Genshin Impact did not show a hint of stuttering. The custom GT 2.0 performance engine is smart in the sense that it optimises rendering between power consumption and heating.
The graphene ice-detection layers on the vapor chamber cooling (7,700 mm 2) can maintain temperatures at a level where throttling is not perceptible under prolonged stress such as marathon gaming. When it comes to practice, this can be explained as always high performance and no pocket heater phone.

Software wise, the Neo7 Turbo sports Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15, including features such as Fluid Cloud 2.0 (similar to Dynamic Island), and AI features such as object-removal and smart text/audio summaries. It has polished, responsive, and resource-efficient UI, easy multitasking, and customization.
The largest source of weakness is the software layer such as many Realme phones, where some app-level lag or touch delay appears after updating. It comes also with bloatware and some Reddit users report bugs with software updates on battery or performance in other Realme products so we recommend to stay cautious. Nevertheless, these are not reasons to break up, they can be handled through a cautious manner.
The Realme Neo7 Turbo offers scorching hardware performance with an adequately-capable thermal management, and that is accompanied by a functional, feature-rich software experience. It is fast, powerful, and it ticks all the boxes but watch out for software quirks every now and then.
AnTuTu Benchmark & GeekBench Score
According to real-life tests, the Realme Neo7 Turbo is up to its brand name of being a Turbo phone when it comes to benchmarks.
On AnTuTu Bechmark v10, it has a consistent score of 2.2 million points, to be exact 21,35,838 points with 518K (CPU), 908K (GPU), 404K (memory) and 375K (UX). This puts it well above most smartphones (and competes with some actual flagships) by about 97 percent.

On GeekBench 6, the gadget has approximately 2,258 single-core and 7,312 multi-core scores that validate its good single-threaded responsiveness and multi-threaded capability.
Whether in everyday use heavy multitasking to graphically intense gaming, the Neo7 Turbo is instant and smooth. There is minimal latency when launching apps, when switching contexts, and in 3D game rendering.
So said, as with most high-performance phones, there is a bit of a decline in sustained workloads: benchmark spikes do not always translate to sustained activity when it comes to marathon gaming. However, with its strong vapor-chamber cooling, throttling is kept low and real world performance remains high.
Battery & Charger
According to my practical tests, the Battery & Charger work of the Realme Neo7 Turbo is simply outstanding.
The battery is a whopping 7,200 mAh silicon-carbon battery, easily the biggest battery ever in a Realme phone and it certainly delivers the goods. In realistic tests such as heavy gaming, the handset lost only 7 percent battery in 30 minutes of heavy Genshin Impact play with the brightness set to 80 percent, which indicates more than 7 hours of game time, and over 12 hours of video calls on full charge. Even light usage gives a multi-day run time.
Better still, there is the 100W wired fast charging, which takes it to 50% in a mere 18-19 minutes and charges it to full in less than 47 minutes. By also incorporating bypass charging, the use of the phone will be useful in long gaming sessions since the phone will be powered directly and the battery will be maintained in a healthy condition.

It does not have wireless charging or reverse charging which can be disappointing to customers who want to charge accessories or other gadgets without using wires. As well, despite its blazing speed, heat management is also essential, and heavy users must not cover the device to charge it to avoid possible thermal pressures.
To conclude, the Neo7 Turbo excels in terms of battery life and fast charging providing unparalleled stamina and fast charging. Simply understand that it sacrifices a little modern convenience, such as wireless charging, in favor of raw power and performance.
Realme Neo7 Turbo Price in Bangladesh
By the end of May 2025, the Realme Neo7 Turbo price in Bangladesh is BDT 48,000 (Unofficial) with 12GB of RAM and 256GB, hence is affordable but premium among domestic consumers. The 12GB + 512GB model will cost you about BDT 54,000 (Unofficial) and the highest 16GB + 512GB one is about BDT 60,000 (Unofficial).
Personally, I think the base model can give me the perfect compromise of having sufficient storage to get me through the day, flagship performance, and that insane 7,200 mAh battery at a price that is not so insane. The more expensive models are excellent choices when you want raw power that will rarely have to leave behind heavy files or play demanding games, but otherwise, the 256 GB model is the optimum in value in the present pricing environment of Bangladesh.
Final Word
Having spent good time with the Realme Neo7 Turbo, I am proud to admit it is a performance monster with excellent battery life, top-of-the-line speed, and an excellent display. It goes through daily chores, playing games, and multimedia with ease. The camera does have some low-light drawbacks and lacks wireless charging, but otherwise, it is difficult to fault it for its value at this price level. The Neo7 Turbo is not going to disappoint you in case power, speed, and battery endurance are of the main concern to you.
