With multimedia, the display effect is highly immersive, but the general audio performance is also upgradable. It is due to the fact that the Pixel 10 Pro XL has a pair of speakers, but they are not as strong as those found in an iPhone 16 Pro Max, which offer a more cinematic experience when listening to movies or playing games, which is a little weaker.

The main sensor works in low-light conditions as well, automatically increasing or decreasing light, and minimizing noise, but finer details may sometimes become blurred. The telephoto is also providing sharp zoom images with 5x, although stability in low light conditions could use some work.

Low-light Photo:

Performance in low light has significantly improved.  The primary sensor performs exceptionally well in low light levels, automatically increasing exposure and decreasing noise to produce images that are balanced and bright.  Although fine details may occasionally become less distinct, the final product is still very useful.  Scenes with controlled highlights and natural tones can be captured with ease using Night Sight mode.  Despite its capabilities, the telephoto lens has some stability issues at night and yields less reliable results than when used during the day.  Although it can't match the primary sensor's sharpness, the ultra-wide also does fairly well in low light.

The ultra-wide lens preserves the same color science as the primary camera but it is not always as sharp. However, its macro functionality creates breathtaking close-ups and amazing details, which is one of the greatest highlights of the setup. Portrait shots tend to be nice, subject separation is generally good, and the effect of bokeh is natural, although in some cases, the bokeh effect may not be as natural as competing products such as the iPhone 16 Pro Max or Galaxy S25 Ultra.

The 42MP front shooter has made selfies much better. Shots are balanced and vivid with great skin tones without portrait mode, and portrait mode adds irregularities in edge detection every now and then.

Another good point is the video recording. The Pixel 10 Pro XL can be used with 8K resolution, but the most stable is 4K60fps. The new Video Boost by Google improves the color vividness and stabilization without requiring connectivity to the internet. The creators, too, will be glad to have an audio enhancer tool that isolates and boosts the speech in noisy environments.

AI-powered tools continue to be a distinguishing characteristic. Although results may occasionally appear unnatural, features like Add Me for group photos, Best Take, Magic Eraser, and the updated Magic Editor with "Reimagine" mode allow users to express their creativity.

Performance & Software

AnTuTu Benchmark & GeekBench Score

A total score of approximately 1,173,221 on the AnTuTu benchmark gave the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL a CPU performance comparable to that of 2023 flagship processors such as Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and Dimensity 9300+. 

The GPU score, however, is lower, at about 14,87,691, roughly 20 percent lower than the Pixel 9 Pro XL and just in the same range as other older hardware, including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.

Battery & Charger
