The OPPO Reno15 launched in Bangladesh on January 18, 2026, as a fresh addition to OPPO’s popular Reno lineup. Positioned above the Reno15 F in price, this model brings the same sleek design language, smooth AMOLED display, and refined ColorOS experience that buyers expect from the series.

To hit a more accessible price point, OPPO has dialed back performance, battery capacity, and camera specs compared with its sibling. On paper it looks balanced, but does it deliver real value for Bangladeshi users? Read on to find out.

An In-Depth Review on OPPO Reno15

In search of a fashionable smartphone having state-of-the-art features? New OPPO Reno15 is now available in Bangladesh and has the following features: the screen size is 6.59-inch covered with the AMOLED, with a 120Hz refresh rate, battery capacity of 6500mAh, and 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, which allows using the device all-day.

It has a stylish design, refined ColorOS, and powerful performance of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 with IP68/69 rating. In this review, we are going to dive into all the specifications and the official OPPO Reno15 price in Bangladesh, to make an informed choice on whether it will make the next smartphone.

Box Content

This is what you get inside the Oppo Reno15 box:

  • Oppo Reno15 Smartphone
  • 80W VOOC Fast Charger
  • USB Type-C cable
  • Protective Case
  • SIM ejector tool
  • User manual

The OPPO Reno15 is well packaged with all that is required to start using it. The box will include the smartphone, a 80W SUPERVOOC charger with fast charge, a USB-C cable, a case, and a SIM ejector tool. OPPO also has a package of user manuals to navigate through the device itself and a screen protector is already applied. This box is thoughtfully packed to make sure that you can use your Reno15 immediately without having to purchase any additional accessories.

Design & Build Quality

The Reno line has always been characterized by design, and the OPPO Reno15 does not break the trend, adding some obvious improvements. The handset presents the HoloFusion technology that operates on thousands of nano-curved designs cut into the glass to provide a low key 3D light effect. Colour options are a special visual addition: in the Aurora White model, there is a ribbon-like shine, and in Twilight Blue, things are minimal and subtle. Every one comes equipped with a square camera platform which gives a soft halo effect when light hits it; it is called OPPO Dynamic Stellar Ring Design.

The camera unit is now updated, with smaller lenses and the branding of the camera unit etched with Reno and AI Camera written accordingly instead of the former pill shaped design. The phone has flat edges, a thickness of 7.77-7.89mm and weighs 197grams, which make it comfortable to hold in your hands when using it long without having to strain your wrists. Quality of the construction is good, with a glass rear and front (covered with Gorilla Glass 7i) and an aluminum frame of aerospace quality. The internal bionic cushioning system also consists of sponge material to absorb small impacts, and a transparent case is provided as an additional security measure in OPPO.

IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance is further added to ensure durability and can withstand being submerged to 2 meters within 30 minutes. The in-screen fingerprint scanner is quick and effective and the volume and power buttons are well located on the right spine. Although the Reno15 does not have the AI Mind Plus and dedicated camera keys as the Find X9 series, it provides a high-quality, practical, and stylish design that balances style and its daily functionality.

Display

The display of the OPPO reno15 is based on that of the predecessor, but with a slight increment to a 6.59 inch size up by 6.57 inches. It may be a slight 0.02-inch of advantage that is accompanied by thinner bezels, which make the phone have a more updated appearance and a marginally better 93.4% screen-to-body ratio. Although the size difference is not dramatic, it does bring about a slightly more immersive experience when watching the films, but the upgrade is still more of an incremental move, not a revolutionary one.

Brightness is still a poor performance. The 1,200 nits HBM brightness is not a solution in direct sunlight, and so it is not as comfortable to use outdoors, at least in the sunny Bangladeshi days. This weakness is exposed by the competitors within the same price range that offer greater peak brightness. The AMOLED panel, however, is a punchy and vibrant display indoors and the 1,256 x 2,760 FHD+ resolution is sharp and clear to use in movies, videos and daily use. The HDR10+ feature is beneficial in that it offers even better contrast and more vivid colours but still the display has high quality colour consistency even when observed off side.

It has a bezel-less punch-hole display, capacitive multi-touch that is resistant to scratches, which is secured by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. Controlled 120Hz refresh rate makes scrolling and gaming smooth, and twin stereo speakers also balance the graphics with clear and balanced sound. When pushed to the max, some distortion is added to them, but on the whole, the combination of display quality and audio performance makes the Reno15 a respectable multimedia consumer, providing a decent viewing experience at its price.

Camera

The OPPO ren15 has the same camera style as its predecessor the Reno14, and so it means that those who used the previous camera will also be at home. The phone has an adaptable triple camera system on the back. The 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera is a primary camera with optimal image stabilization (OIS) and can yield detailed and sharp shots even in challenging light. This is further enhanced with an 8MP ultra-wide lens which is ideal in taking wider shots like landscapes or group shots, whereas it sacrifices detail and distorts colours relative to the main sensor. The final component to complete the setup is the 50MP Samsung JN5 telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom providing an impressive subject isolation and smooth bokeh of a portrait or close up.

The OPPO Reno15 also has a 50MP front camera to use with selfies and video calls. It has sharp and high-quality photos and manages background exposure. But the skin tones may at times be slightly reddish and the camera lowers on a slight sharpening effect which may at times cause photos to appear processed. Nevertheless, it is even appropriate to social media, video calls, and informal photography.

Daylight Photo:

The major rear camera gives rich, balanced images of vibrant but realistic colours in broad daylight. There is uniform exposure and shadow levels are not grayed making it look more natural than some of its competitors which over-contrast a scene.

Low-light Photo:

There is good performance in low light. Reno15 captures usable detail with very little light, which is much better than most competitors in preserving clarity in the shadow, but it does not really match the more advanced devices in the reproduction of natural colours.

Video capabilities are good and the front and rear cameras have 4K recording at 60fps and 1080p recording at 60fps. The HDR, Night, PRO, Panorama, Slo-Mo, Dual-view video, Time-lapse, Portrait, Sticker, HI-RES, Google Lens, Underwater, Text Scanner, Doc Scanner, and Movie are additional camera features which provide the user with a selection of a wide-range of creative options.

On the whole, the Reno15 provides a diverse photography experience to its segment. A high-resolution primary sensor, a wide-angle telephoto lens and an effective front camera make sure that customers can take clear and vivid photos and video content in the majority of scenarios, which makes it a good option to include in the list of the things that any person wanting to buy a camera-centered mid-range smartphone should see.

Performance & Software

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset that is present in Realme 16 Pro+ is also used to give the OPPO Reno15 its power. Its performance is on par with that of the Reno14 in terms of MediaTek Dimensity 8450, which is a bit stronger on paper. The Reno15 is responsive and smooth in everyday life. Activities such as calling, messaging, streaming, browsing and some light multitasking are effortlessly managed.

When the workloads are heavier (gaming, video editing, multiple applications running at the same time, etc.), the Reno15 may get stretched. It was also capable of playing games such as BGMI and Call of Duty: Mobile without stutter or frame drops in our tests, but longer gaming sessions can result in thermal buildup. It is not as durable as an alternative such as the OnePlus 15R when it comes to long-term heavy usage, but it is still stable in the hands of the majority of mid-range users.

The phone has Android 16 and the ColorOS 16 with OPPO, providing similar software to that of the flagship Find X9 range. Its interface is responsive and the home screens, lock screens, and themes have several customization options. The Reno15 is initially pre-loaded with 71 apps, which can present itself as cluttered to the user. Most of them are luckily removable and thus the user is able to tidy the interface as they wish.

Generally speaking, OPPO Reno15 performs well in general tasks and easy gaming but has a comfortable and well-refined software experience. The chipset of its Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 with the Adreno 722 graphics card and the Android 16-based ColorOS 16 makes it a sound mid-range smartphone since users in Bangladesh can trust its performance and customize the phone as they may wish.

AI Features

The OPPO Reno15 has a variety of intelligent AI applications that is overlaid on ColorOS 16, which extends beyond normal phone features. The best is the AI Mind Space which serves as a personalised central station of all the things you capture on the screen.

You can store screenshots, notes, voice memos and others with a single swipe of three fingers and the system displays them in a well-arranged place where you will not need to search the apps later. It is a perfect way to organize travel plans, save inspirations, or have the essential information without becoming overwhelmed with clutter.

In addition to Mind Space, there are other useful AI tools included in OPPO. It is possible to make images better, help with writing, translate live, and summarise conversations or recordings. These applications are embedded in the OS and make daily activities smoother and quicker, be it picture editing or the management of your trip.

Software support and security are also good strengths in the long term. OPPO guarantees years of updates to the OS and security patches, which will imply the Reno15 will remain smooth and relevant in comparison with a range of competitors operating in the same market.

Battery & Charger

The OPPO Reno15 has a 6,500mAh Li-Polymer battery, which is a 500mAh expansion over the Reno14 and a 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. During our own-test, the phone showed great stamina as it could go through a day with ease when using it normally, browsing, texting, navigation, social media, and streaming video. Average screen-on time was about 5.5 to 6 hours, which was close enough to use in everyday life without feeling the need to be worried about the battery draining out.

In gaming or mixed heavy usage, the Reno15 experienced a medium level of battery depletion of 6 percent in 30 minutes of gaming with BGMI and COD: Mobile. This is an indicator of great optimisation between software and hardware and the performance remains constant without any undue use.

Billing is convenient and quick. The Reno15 can take approximately an hour of 50 minutes to achieve 100 percent using the 80W SuperVOOC charger supplied in the box, which also reverses charge of other devices. Other charging standards are 80W UFCS, 55W PPS, 13.5W PD and 13.5W QC. The phone has a non-removable battery that has USB Type-C 2.0 connectivity.

OPPO Reno15 price in Bangladesh

The OPPO Reno15 price in Bangladesh is BDT 79,990 (Official) with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. This places the Reno15 in the high-end flagship category which provides a premium design, smooth 120Hz AMOLED display and can be used at a competitive price with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 performance.

The handset is an effective value offering with a 6,500mAh battery, triple camera, and IP68/69 water and dust resistance, thus providing highly desirable value to Bangladeshi users looking to have a fashionable and a durable day-to-day driver.

Final Word

OPPO Reno15 is an all-round flagship phone with a sleek finish, 120Hz AMOLED display, a highly functional camera, and a 6,500mAh battery. Although it is not as heavy or work-intensive as gaming, it can take care of everyday duties. The Reno15 has good value through its stable performance, AI capabilities, and high-quality touch, making it a good choice for everyone seeking a fashionable and powerful everyday car in Bangladesh.
