Motorola Razr 60 Ultra isn’t just another foldable, it is another bold reimagining of nostalgia and cutting edge innovation. This device combines style, substance and smart functionality to offer the modern user with a device that is iconic with its clamshell design refined to near perfection. It’s daring, Motorola taking such a step forward, with a sleeker hinge, a more vibrant LTPO AMOLED display and internals that rival the best of the flagships.

The Razr 60 Ultra is a strong contender in a market where foldables are still figuring out who they are and it works for those who want the sophistication of a flip phone and who want to stand out with some standout tech. In this review I dive into whether it is just eye candy or a true everyday powerhouse. Also i will share Motorola Razr 60 Ultra price in Bangladesh.

An In-Depth Review on Motorola Razr 60 Ultra

Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is the new phone brought by Motorola. In case you are looking for the best smartphone with flagship range, then it would be advisable to advise them. But before one can buy the phone, there is information about the positive and negative impact of the phone. I will tell you the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra price in Bangladesh along with features and some advantages and disadvantages of the smartphone.

Box Content

This is what you get inside the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra box:

  • Motorola Razr 60 Ultra Smartphone
  • USB Type-C cable
  • 68W Charger
  • Protective Case
  • SIM ejector tool
  • User manual

It was fun unboxing the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra. The elegant, sleek black box was black as night (obviously) and the opening was greeted by a subtle, pleasant scent. The phone was sitting securely inside, with a color matched ring case which not only protected it but also improved grip and style.

The box didn't come with a charger which was a nod to eco–conscious packaging trends, but did include a USB–C charging cable. It also came with a SIM ejector pin and a pre-applied screen protector so it was ready to go.

The unboxing was thoughtful with the presentation and accessories which all set the tone for the premium experience the Razr 60 Ultra provides.

Design & Build Quality

Opening up the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra was like being in the future and the past at the same time. Its design is a homage to a classic Razr flip phone, but it's very much a modern phone. It has a 7.0-inch LTPO AMOLED main display with 165Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits peak brightness for bright colors in sunlight. The 4.0 inch cover screen closes, protected by Gorilla Glass Ceramic and provides quick access to notifications and apps, while looking elegant.

It's equally impressive how well built it is. At 199g and just 7.2mm thick when unfolded, the Razr 60 Ultra feels solid, but also sleek. The eco leather back gives a grippable comfort and the aluminum frame with a stainless steel hinge makes it durable. In addition, the resilience is further augmented by the IP48 rating which gives resistance against dust and water splashes.

But there are no compromise- free designs. A draw back for the audiophiles who want a wired connection is the absence of a 3.5mm headphone jack. Furthermore, the foldable design is novel, but the long term hinge durability issues remain (while Motorola boasts of survival through 500,000 folds).

In short, the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is a perfectly balanced concoction of old school design and new age functionality that sets itself apart from other foldable smartphones.

Display

Motorola Razr 60 Ultra’s display is proof of how far foldable technology has come. The device unfolds to reveal a 7.0 inch LTPO AMOLED screen with Super HD resolution of 1224 x 2992 pixels, for a crisp 464 ppi. It supports a 165Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision and HDR10+ and it is capable of delivering vibrant colors and smooth animations, making it a joy to consume media on or to play games on. The screen is legible even in direct sunlight with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits which helps outdoor usability.

The quality of the external 4-inch display mirrors that of internal one: 1272 x 1080 and peak brightness of 3,000 nits. It also has Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic to protect it and vibrant visuals.

These impressive specifications do come at the cost of noticeable creasing where the two sides fold in together, although less so than prior models. Also, the displays are great, but the device suffers from thermal throttling under heavy load which does affect the overall experience.

All in all, the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra's display is simply the best we've seen on any foldable phone. Minor imperfections are there, but they don't detract much from the very impressive display experience.

Camera

The camera system on the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra was an experience of shooting in a professional studio but with a device that fits into your pocket. With two dual 50MP rear cameras featuring a wide angle lens with f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS) and an ultrawide lens with a 122° field of view, you get bright and detailed pictures. Colors are Pantone Validated Color and Skin Tones, allowing them to be true to life, meaning every shot is Instagram ready right out of the camera.

Daylight Photo:

The main sensor takes sharp images with excellent dynamic range in daylight. Background blur is adjustable in portrait mode, but it does have trouble with edge detection, particularly with subjects like hair or glasses.

Low-light Photo:

The 'Night Vision' mode is pretty commendable in low light performance, boosting brightness and reducing noise. But sometimes the camera just can handle exposure, resulting in over or under exposed shots.

As a macro camera, the ultrawide lens doubles up and you can take creative close up shots. It will catch fine details, but it takes an absolutely steady hand and truly precise positioning to get the perfect focus.

The 50MP front facing camera is great for video calls, but the magic is with the main cameras for selfies. The 4 inch cover display does the job of a viewfinder and makes it easy to take high quality self portraits and group shots.

Video capabilities are strong, with up to 8K at 30fps and 4K at numerous frame rates supported. And yet, because OIS exists, footage can end up being jittery when there is a lot of movement. Nostalgia comes in the form of the 'Camcorder mode' which starts automatically recording video when the device is partially closed, like the old school camcorders.

The Razr 60 Ultra’s camera system is a flexible tool for the photography geek, mixing high resolution sensors with creative features. With some areas to improve on, especially the exposure consistency and video stabilization, it still evokes a very impressive experience for a foldable device.

Performance & Software

The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra brought the feeling of having a powerhouse in a sleek, foldable form. The Snapdragon 8 Elite is at its heart built with an octa core CPU based on a 3nm process, consisting of two high performance Oryon V2 Phoenix L cores running at 4.32 GHz and six Phoenix M cores focused on power efficiency running at 3.53 GHz. This setup is paired with Adreno 830 GPU to guarantee that multitasking and responding to applications will be smooth.

Aiding the processor is 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage for quick data access and plenty of room for media and apps. The device runs Android 15 with Motorola's Hello UI which presents a clean, AI powered interface with features like ‘Catch Me Up’ which provides summary of notifications and ‘Pay Attention’ for real time translations.

But some users have experienced post Android 15 update performance issues such as app slowdown and increased device temperature, especially during video playback or gaming. These concerns bring out a need for software optimizations to be able to use the hardware to its fullest potential.

The Razr 60 Ultra is a flagship level performer in an innovative foldable design. Although it’s impressive hardware, software stability will be key to delivering a consistently fluid experience for the user.

AnTuTu Benchmark & GeekBench Score

Benchmarking the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra was eye opening. It scored an impressive 21,81,269 points on AnTuTu benchmark v10 making it one of the top performing smartphones. Finally, a breakdown gives 466316 for CPU, 878733 for GPU, 474249 for memory and 361971 for UX, suggesting that the machine is capable of doing lots of work.

In Geekbench 6, the Razr 60 Ultra scored 2,936 on single core and 8,883 on multi core. These are the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset which gives you smooth performance whether you are using it for everyday use or demanding apps.

With strong benchmark scores, the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra shines out. But it will be crucial to address the software concerns which will enable to provide a smooth user experience consistently.

Battery & Charger

When I unfolded the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra, I was hit with the nostalgia of design and the engineering of now. Unlike its predecessor, the device features a 4,700mAh battery, a significant bump up from the previous model which means more usage without having to keep topping off the battery. In practical terms, this means that you will get more than 15 hours of continued Wi-Fi usage, so it is one of the most enduring flip phones .

Its charging, the Razr 60 Ultra is equally impressive. The phone supports 68W TurboPower™ wired charging and with such you can pump enough juice for a day's use in just 8 minutes and a full charge in around 40 minutes . It also supports 30W wireless charging for those who prefer cable free experience.

Just as a word of caution, the high performance Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset was extremely fast, but there is heat generated under heavy use. If not managed properly , this thermal buildup may impact charging efficiency and performance .

The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is the longest lasting and fastest charging flip smartphone to date. The powerful processor enables performance while users should be aware of potential heat considerations when doing heavy usage.

Motorola Razr 60 Ultra Price in Bangladesh

I have to say that the design and performance of Motorola Razr 60 Ultra was really awesome. Prices in Bangladesh vary depending on retailer and configuration. The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra price in Bangladesh is BDT 155,000 (Unofficial) for 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of internal storage.

The wide price range is due to various storage options, RAM and the way retailers price it. So, it’s important to check the specifications and warranty details before buying. Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is an affordable and premium experience and you can get great deals if you do your research.

Final Word

Having spent time with the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra, it’s pretty obvious this isn’t a phone, it’s a statement. Its retro charm, flagship power and futuristic foldable elegance blended together, all in one device. There are still a few software quirks here, but otherwise it’s premium through and through. But if the nostalgic shell turns you on and you are ready to turn some heads while enjoying top tier performance, the Razr 60 Ultra is worth every glance and maybe even every taka.
