The Motorola Edge 60 Pro is another series of phones that Motorola has brought. Those looking for the best smartphone in a specified amount of money would be better advised. However, there is information about the good and the bad of the phone before you buy it. In this post I will describe the Motorola Edge 60 Pro price in Bangladesh, the advantages and disadvantages of the smartphone.

This is what you get inside the Motorola Edge 60 Pro Porsche Design box:
- Motorola Edge 60 Pro Smartphone
- 90W Charger
- USB Type-C cable

- SIM ejector tool
- User manual

Unboxing the Motorola Edge 60 Pro was a nice experience. Out of the packaging, it felt premium and the essentials were laid out neatly inside. Inside the box was the Motorola Edge 60 Pro handset, 90W TurboPower charger, USB C to USB C cable, SIM ejector tool and usual documentation. What's more, a protective case wasn't included which might be a factor if you're the type of person prone to accidental drops. The overall unboxing experience was straightforward and it was a nice surprise to see the fast charger included.
Design & Build Quality
The Motorola Edge 60 Pro is sleek, well built and impressive. The screen is quad curved pOLED, blending into the frame for an immersive viewing experience. With Pantone curated colors of Shadow, Dazzling Blue and Sparkling Grape, they all have a distinctive aesthetic.
The back panel has either a vegan leather or nylon like finish to give you better grip and makes it more comfortable to use. The phone weighs about 186 grams and is 8.24mm in thickness which makes it feel lightweight and ergonomic in hand. One of the highlights is durability and the Edge 60 Pro offers IP68 and even IP69 water and dust resistance alongside MIL-STD-810H certification for military grade toughness.

Corning Gorilla Glass 7i is what protects the display from scratches or light impacts. In general, the Motorola Edge 60 Pro is a combo of elegant design and practical durability which makes it a viable option for consumers looking for a smartphone that looks good and that can withstand the bumps of daily use.
Display
A standout feature of the Motorola Edge 60 Pro’s display is a major positive that contributes to the overall experience of using the phone. Rounding off its specs are a 6.7-inch pOLED quad curved screen with a 1.5K resolution (2712 x 1220 pixels) and a 120Hz refresh rate for pin sharp visuals and buttery smooth scrolling.
HDR10+ is supported on the display which also covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut for accurate, vibrant colors. The screen can be up to 4500 nits of peak brightness which can be seen even under direct sunlight.

From my own use, having the display curve definitely enhances that immersive viewing experience, for things like streaming videos or browsing through photos. A fluid interface is also due to the high refresh rate which makes it useful for gaming and everyday use. The overall display of the Edge 60 Pro features sharpness, brightness and color accuracy which is the best among its segment.
Camera
One of the standout features of the Motorola Edge 60 Pro is its camera system which delivers versatility and quality in a number of different shooting situations. The triple rear camera arrangement includes a 50MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 50MP ultra wide lens and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
The Sony LYTIA 700C is said to be the main sensor and it produces vibrant, detailed images, even in low light. With ultra-wide lens you can get expansive scenes with minimal distortion and the telephoto lens lets you take clear zoomed in shots.
Daylight Photo:
If you shoot in daylight conditions, the Motorola Edge 60 Pro will shoot images with vibrant colours and good details. The main sensor does very well, delivering photos with excellent color reproduction and decent dynamic range. It also does a nice job with the ultra wide lens, maintaining color and detail consistency across the frame. With the telephoto lens you can zoom in clean without too much quality loss. The camera system performs well in general, but does best in well lit conditions, making it capable of a number of photographic tasks.

Low-light Photo:
In low light, the Edge 60 Pro's main sensor still does a good job, producing nice exposures and little noise. OIS does help in reducing blur and making the images more sharper, even in low lighting conditions. But, in dim conditions, the ultra wide and telephoto lenses may introduce some noise and a bit of softness. Low light photography is improved with the Night Mode feature that brightens the scene and increases detail but at the risk of creating some processing artifacts. The device does a good job with low light photography in general, but the main sensor does particularly well.

The 50MP front camera is good for selfies and produces sharp, well exposed images. Video recording is possible at 4K at 30fps on both front and rear cameras for smooth, detailed video. That said, the device doesn't support 4K at 60fps which could be a deal breaker for some. All in all, the camera system of the Edge 60 Pro delivers a full and high quality photography experience.
Performance & Software
As a mid range phone, the Motorola Edge 60 Pro performs well, offers good software experience. The device uses MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme chipset which ensures smooth multitasking and handles demanding applications. With 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, the phone launches apps quickly and handles data quickly. The LPDDR4x RAM is not the latest standard, but its reliable performance is enough to cover the needs of most users.
It also runs on Android 15 and a Motorola Hello UI. The combination of this gives a near stock Android experience without the bloatware, offering a clean and intuitive user interface. Thanks to a commitment to three major OS upgrades and four years of security updates, users get future proofing.

The device feels responsive and smooth in everyday use with smooth animations and quick transitions. Popular titles run at stable frame rates, so gaming performance is acceptable. The device does get warm however, during long gaming sessions it does not get uncomfortably hot.
The Motorola Edge 60 Pro finds the right balance between performance and software experience, is a great all rounder and a worthy contender for anyone looking for a clean Android smartphone at the mid range.

Battery & Charger
The Motorola Edge 60 Pro does something pretty remarkable when it comes to battery life and charging. It has a huge 6,000mAh battery and is very good at endurance. In real world use, the device can go up to 83 hours on a charge which allows for light to heavy tasks such as video streaming and gaming .
Equally noteworthy is charging. It can also be refilled with the included 90W TurboPower charger which takes about 45 to 60 minutes to replenish the battery from 8 percent to 100 percent. It’s quick to charge, requiring just 15 minutes to provide a full day’s power which is handy for people with hectic schedules .

Also, the Edge 60 Pro supports 5W reverse charging and 15W wireless charging which gives the flexibility to charge in several ways. In general, a high capacity battery and a fast charging technology together mean that Motorola Edge 60 Pro can adjust well with daily use without needing to charge too often.
Motorola Edge 60 Pro Price in Bangladesh
The Motorola Edge 60 Pro price in Bangladesh is BDT 49,000 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant in Bangladesh . For those seeking higher performance, the 12GB RAM version is available at BDT 55,000.
For the features that this device is built with, I think that this pricing is great value for money from my own experience. It has a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme processor, a 6.7-inch curved pOLED display and a versatile triple camera. In addition, it has a 6,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging for long use without having to recharge frequently.
If you are a Bangladeshi consumer looking to get a high performance smartphone with flagship specifications but at midrange price then Motorola Edge 60 Pro is a compelling choice.
Final Word
I can say using Motorola Edge 60 Pro with surety that it is a powerful and balanced device. It has a stunning display, top tier performance and it really impressed me with its battery life. And its camera works well in daylight and low light. With real flagship-like features and without the flagship cost, it is for the price in Bangladesh.
