The camera is good in the daylight and a little slow in the low lights. An In-Depth Review on Vivo iQOO Neo 10

Are you searching for a powerful phone with smooth performance and fast charging? Then iQOO Neo 10 can be a great pick for you. Packed with a flagship chipset and stunning display, this phone is made for gamers and multitaskers. However, like any device, it has both pros and cons. So, it’s wise to know the details before buying. Here, you’ll get to know the iQOO Neo 10 price in Bangladesh and its key strengths and weaknesses.

Box Content

The package which was unboxed was quite compact and contained all the necessary accessories for the Vivo iQOO Neo 10:

  • iQOO Neo 10 Smartphone
  • 120W Charger
  • USB Type-C cable
  • SIM ejector tool
  • Protective Case
  • User manual

Once the small, slim black box of the iQOO Neo 10 was opened, I had everything that I needed to start using it immediately. The phone was well packed, including a transparent TPU cover, a powerful 120 W FlashCharge adapter, and a strong USB-C cable. There is also a SIM ejector tool and a few quick-start paperwork. They did not come with any earbuds or additional dongles, however, the fast-charger in the box made me immediately realize that the brand is concerned with the practical necessities.

Design & Build Quality

I had more than a week to use the iQOO Neo 10 and its design and construction presented an intelligent compromise between flamboyant aesthetics and rugged functionality.

A glass front (covered with Gorilla Glass (or Schott Xensation Up depending on region)) is used, the frame and back are made of matte-textured plastic. It is more pricey than it is in the hand, but the 206 g weight is not bulky.

It is large measuring about 163.7 x 75.9 X 8.1 mm, yet well balanced. The flat edges provide a firm grip and the touch buttons are within reach- even at times when one has been playing games over a long period of time.

The squircle camera housing is eye‑catching, which reminds of high-end iQOO models. It is not a gimmick but it brings personality.

Tied discreetly in the design is an IP65 rating- dust tight and splash proof, something you hardly get at this price. The thin chassis has a vapor-chamber and heat-pipe system to ensure the phone does not heat up when it is pushed to perform heavy tasks.

To conclude, the iQOO Neo 10 is a well-rounded phone designed with a purpose in mind: it is stylish, durable, and gaming-oriented. It will not receive the luxury award, however it scores well on comfort, durability and good looks.

Display

I have already used the display of the iQOO Neo 10 several days, and it is an outright next-gen feeling. The LTPO AMOLED display of 6.78 inches and 1.5K resolution (approximately 1260x2800 at some 452 ppi) provides quality texts and details in the image. Vibrant color reproduction, HDR10+ support, and black level make movies and games really shine. You get 144 Hz refresh rate to scroll through things in a silky smooth manner, and the adaptive scaling (1 144 Hz) ensures a balance between fluidity and battery life.

Legibility outdoors is outstanding. Peak brightness goes as high as 4500nits (or approximately 2,000nits in high-brightness mode) and it is readable even in direct sunlight. The eye comfort does not go unnoticed: the monitor has PWM dimming and SGS/TUV low blue light certification, and thus is less straining during extended use.

The touch sensitivity is also good and 360 Hz sampling rate gives a competitive advantage in games. The color fidelity is also good- the factory-calibration enables Delta E to remain below 1 in the Professional mode, including a wide range of presets, such as Vivid or Custom temperature.

Certain users caution that the high refresh rate might not be turned on all the time in some apps, and that there is a slight glare in direct sunlight. However, in practical terms, I have found the screen to be a real champion, being sharp, smooth and easy on the eyes, and having a premium touch, which is very uncommon in this price range.

Camera

I have been using the iQOO Neo 10 cameras and video features a lot and this is what I think as a user.

The two-camera configuration has a 50 MP Sony IMX921 sensor with OIS and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. During the day, sharp, vivid, and balanced images are produced by the main camera; the dynamic range is high, colors are bright and natural. The ultra-wide is acceptable on landscape and group photos, but it becomes soft and distorted at the fringe.

It has a treat of video recording: the rear can record 8K@30 fps, 4K@60 and 1080p as high as 240 fps. Stabilization is a mix of OIS and gyro ‑ EIS, which provide smooth footage ‑ perfect for vlogs or action clips.

Daylight Photo:

The 50 MP Sony IMX882 (binning to 12.5 MP) of the iQOO Neo 10 performs brightly in high-level light. Photos are sharp, the details are superb and the colors are vivid. The HDR is effective - elevated shadows and equalized highlights make the sceneries stand out. The OIS and natural color rendering help the textures to be clear even at 2x zoom.

Low-light Photo:

The low-light performance is good in the category. Night mode with OIS keeps the detail and controls the blur well, but a brighter light can create some lens flare or ghosting . Noise is evident yet acceptable and shots can be used. The main sensor does a decent job, but the ultra-wide camera fails in this.

The selfie camera is 32MP and it took clear pictures in daylight shots with even tones. Video is limited to 1080p@30fps- nothing spectacular, but sufficient in making calls and using it in a social setting.

The Neo 10 camera system is reliable to use in daily life. It has superb daytime image and video capabilities with high-resolutions that are usually found in more expensive phones. Although the low-light and ultra-wide shots are slightly below flagships, this phone manages to strike a balance between versatility and performance that catches the eye in the category.

Performance & Software

I have been using the iQOO Neo 10 as the main phone, and the software and performance is really good.

The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset offers flagship performance and performance under the hood. It posts more than 2 million on AnTuTu in benchmarks, and in practice, apps are opened without delay, and intensive games, such as Genshin or COD Mobile, run at a consistently high frame rate due to the UFS 4.0/LPDDR5X memory and an ingenious vapor-chamber cooling system. The phone has a cozy warm feeling when in use and never gets to be hot.

iqoo neo10 performance software image

Software-wise, the Neo 10 comes with Android 15 overlaid with OriginOS 5 (or Funtouch OS 15 in overseas versions), a combination of both sleek animations and high customization. Such features as Circle to Search, AI-based photo software, and a Game Companion dashboard also impressed me, as they assisted me in the analysis of my performance during the game. Three years of OS updates and four years of security patches promised by Vivo comes in handy to provide long-term peace of mind.

There are reports of bloatware and some instances of throttling with non-marketed games but I did not encounter any serious hiccups when I used it normally or when I engaged in moderate gaming.

To conclude, the Neo 10 offers almost flagship performance but with a polished software experience- quick, smooth, and powerful. A couple of caveats such as the occasional game restrictions and pre-populated software do not take away the sense of power and refinement of the whole package.

AnTuTu Benchmark & GeekBench Score

I put the iQOO Neo 10 on the most demanding tests, and the performance figures really pleased me in terms of real life.

On AnTuTu, the device achieved 2.02-2.42 million points, depending on region and configuration - averaging about 2.07 million, which has it leading about 98 % of its competing smartphones. That brute force means fast application startup, smooth interface switching, and bulletproof behavior when under gaming stress.

In the case of CPU performance, GeekBench 6 indicates a single-core score of 2,093 2,158 and a multi-core score of 6,836 6,913. In real-life, it translates to lightning-fast productivity work and multitasking without breaking a sweat- apps were zippy and splitscreen was seamless.

The matching of the benchmark numbers and my real-life experience makes me trust the performance numbers of the Neo 10. It acts as a flagship in day-to-day job processes and games. At a time when you desire the speed in the real world supported by the reasonable test results, this phone provides you just that.

Battery & Charger

I have been testing the iQOO Neo 10, and its charging speed and battery life were most impressive in daily life. The huge 6,100 mAh silicon-carbon battery can easily survive a whole day of mixed use running games, streaming and browsing with more than 18 hours of screen-on time.

The 120 W FlashCharge system is a game-changer when recharging time comes. It can charge a battery to 50% in a 15-minute plug-in, and charge fully in 2530 minutes . The shorter charging times on busy days was also a welcome bonus- charging literally on the run, as I collected a coffee.

Smart charging facilities are also available on the phone, such as 100W PPS/PD, bypass charging, and reverse charging, which makes it more flexible. Heat is controlled by the dual-cell battery and the advanced cooling, but intense gaming when charging makes the phone quite hot.

On the whole, the Battery & Charger package of the Neo 10 provides a long-lasting battery and extremely swift recharges, which is a perfect choice for those users who are concerned about the uptime and need to replenish their device in a short period.

iQOO Neo 10 Price in Bangladesh

I recently checked iQOO Neo 10 price in Bangladesh to ensure accuracy. The Indian variants: the 8 GB + 128 GB model is priced at ৳53,000, the 8 GB + 256 GB at ৳56,000, the 12 GB + 256 GB at ৳60,000, and the top-tier 16 GB + 512 GB goes for ৳67,000. For those interested in the Chinese edition, the 12 GB + 256 GB version is available unofficially at ৳39,500.

On a personal note, the Chinese version seems to be the most worthwhile one, as it features top-of-the-line specs at an almost 40k price-tag. The Indian imports, however, are more expensive but they have better local compatibility and firmware support. Note that they are unofficial imports therefore warranty and after sales services might be different.

Final Word

Having tested the iQOO Neo 10, I can claim that it offers the real flagship experience at a mid-range cost. It has a good daily driver with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, colorful screen, and battery life. The camera performance is also good at the price and charging is very fast. This is a phone to consider in case you are in pursuit of power, speed, and value. Only remember about software preference and import assistance in case of unofficial purchase.
