Vivo Y22 released with Helio G85 chipset, 50MP camera

Vivo brings in another new handset namely Vivo Y22 with a price of ৳19,999 for its 4/128 GB model. It is available in three different colors Starlite Blue, Metaverse Green and Summer Cyan.

It terms of connctivity it looks quite good. We have dual-band WLAN, FM Radio, USB Type-C, dual SIM with seperate MicroSD slot. The design is a regular Vivo one around this price. There is no remarkable upgrade in terms of design. But the phone is IPX4 certified water resistant which is one of its main advantages. If you are looking for a waterproof smartphone at the lowest possible price, this is something well-considerable. But point to be noted that thre are some sacrifices in other features to offer a certified water and dust resistant body at this cost.

We have a 6.55 inches HD+ IPS LCD display. There is no protection and the regular 60Hz refresh rate. The main back camera is of 50 MP with f/1.8 aperture and the front camera is of 8 MP. The 5000 mAh battery comes with 18W fast charging.

The chipset is a MediaTek Helio G85 one with 4 GB RAM. You will get this kind of performance configuration in any average smartphone under 15K. So, it is quite behind in terms of performance. There is 128 GB storage and a stylish side-mounted fingerprint sensor which adds of to its advantages.
