The Vivo V70 series was introduced in India on 19 February 2026, and the new smartphone lineup includes the Vivo V70 Elite and Vivo V70. The latest V-series smartphones were unveiled at a ceremony in New Delhi and the model is the first of its kind to be launched in the popular V-series brand as an Elite. The new devices are the successors of the Vivo V60 as the mid-range, design-oriented, and camera-oriented devices.
Both phones have a 6,500mAh battery, Snapdragon chipset and triple rear cameras with a 50MP sensor. The Vivo V70 Elite has a stronger chipset but the two phones are the same in terms of display, battery capacity, speed of charging and the general language in the design. According to online information, The vivo V70 Series consists of two phones, the Vivo V70 and the Vivo V70 Elite. Since the phones have not been officially launched in Bangladesh yet, their unofficial prices have been given. The Vivo V70 is priced at Rs Rs 45,999 for the base 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, and the top-end 12GB RAM + 256GB variant is priced at Rs 49,999. This model is available in Passion Red and Lemon Yellow colours.
On the other hand, the Vivo V70 Elite is priced at Rs 51,999 for the base 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. The device also comes in 12GB RAM + 256GB storage at Rs 56,999 and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage at Rs 61,999. This model is available in Passion Red, Sand Beige, and Authentic Black colours.
Since these models have not yet come to the official market of Bangladesh, the prices of the models in Bangladesh may change.
Vivo V70 series specifications
Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite are equipped with the flat-edge design and a square-shaped camera module. This design enhances grip and makes the phones more comfortable to hold as opposed to curved displays. The smartphones also have rounded corners and aerospace grade aluminum frame, which makes it have a high end and modern appearance. Both models are IP68 and IP69, and they are highly dust and water resistant.
The two devices have a 6.59-inch OLED screen with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz of refresh rate. The panel, according to Vivo, is capable of peak brightness up to 5,000 nits, and this should be sufficient to enable outdoor viewing. The display has a pixel density of 459ppi and it can display 1.07 billion colors, thus providing sharp text, high contrast and vivid images. A slim 1.25mm bezel also adds to the immersive experience of viewing.
The Vivo V70 Elite has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset in terms of performance. It is the first V-series phone to have a Snapdragon 8-series processor. It is accompanied by LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage to load apps faster, multitasking is enhanced, and gaming is enhanced.
The Vivo V70 has the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset which is the same as the one in its predecessor. The cameras are similar in both smartphones. The back camera has a 50MP Zeiss Night Telephoto (1.5cm), a 50MP Zeiss OIS primary camera (1.6cm), and an 8MP Zeiss ultra-wide lens. It has a 50MP Zeiss selfie camera with a 92-degree field of view on the front.
The phones are capable of recording 4K video at 60fps and have AI capabilities, including AI Floral, AI Weather Magic, and AI Holi Portrait, to give the phone the ability to do creative photography effects. Vivo V70 series is powered by OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16. Vivo is offering six years of software support, which is an additional long-term value to the user.
The two models have a 6,500mAh battery and 90W FlashCharge. Vivo boasts of a full charge that can deliver up to 11 hours of navigation, 40 hours of video playback or six hours of 4K 60fps recording. The devices also have bypass charging, which helps to minimize the amount of heat when it is heavily used when plugged in.
Other features are 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner 2.0 that unlocks faster and X-axis linear motor that enhances haptic feedback particularly when playing computer games.
