Vivo Y16 is coming with a fine Vivo design with a waterdrop notch display on the front. We have USB Type-C and FM radio which is a good thing because these features are often missing in some of the lower-priced phones these days. Moreover, the body is splash-proof and it is only 8.2 mm thin. So, it is quite attractive in terms of design. There is a 6.51 inches HD+ display with no protection such as Gorilla Glass.
There is a 13+2 MP dual back camera with a Full HD video recording option. The front camera is 5 megapixels.
Vivo installed a 5000 mAh big battery in the Y16 smartphone and the charging capacity is a rather regular 10W one. The chipset is also a fairly weak Helio P35 from MediaTek. This is not a gaming device or a powerhouse. We have 4 GB RAM with Android 12, as well as 64 GB ROM and a dedicated MicroSD slot. These are some satisfactory specs in the storage and performance section. Among other features, we have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual Nano SIM and so on.
Y02a was very recently released and is coming in two different colors Orchid Blue and Cosmic Grey. Other features look very similar to Vivo Y16 except that the back camera is a single 8 MP one, the RAM is 3 GB and the ROM 32 GB. There is also no fingerprint sensor which is a big drawback. The design also looks more standard.
