Symphony Z60 Plus teaser

We are excited to present the new Symphony smartphone Symphony Z60 Plus. The phone is priced at ৳11,990 and is available in reflective blue and metallic silver colors.

We have seen some fine releases from Symphony Mobile Bangladesh lately. The new Z60 Plus adds a finer touch to it. When it comes to this brand, consumers are looking for best deal at a lower price point. We can say that, Symphony didn’t disappoint at all with this new release. The phone looks great on the outside considering its price. We have a center punch-hole front camera design with a glossy plastic back panel but it attracts fingerprints quite much. However, there is a back case in the box and the design on the back also looks pretty elegant. It is also not that thick, just 8.65 millimeters.

The display is a big 6.6 inches HD+ IPS one with 90Hz refresh rate. Now, its big and we have the added 90Hz feature which are definitely some good plus points. The brightness is 480 nits which is pretty good for indoor usage and outdoor viewing should be just decent. We also have a big 5000 mAh battery with a fast 18W charger which can charge the phone from 0-100% in about 2 hours. But you can quickly charge to 60% in just about 45 minutes according to Symphony. So, the charging facility is quite good and the battery backup should also be satisfactory. There is no reason to worry about powering this big display and its charging time.

Then lets come to the back camera. We have a 50 MP f/1.8 aperture main camera which can capture pretty good shots in daylight with fine color output and focus. The night shots aren’t the best but will still do the job quite well. We have a extra night-mode option for better capture. The 2 MP secondary camera is just a depth sensor for th bokeh mode. The 8 MP front camera has night mode as well as HDR which are some pretty nice added features. Both cameras can record up 10 Full HD videos (1080p resolution). There is no stabilization.

The 12 nm Unisoc T616 chipset is used with a strong 6 GB built-in RAM and Android 12 out of the box. This is a fine performance specs in a phone at 12K budget. You could expect Android 13 since its already released. But still Android 12 is quite up to date and there should be no issue at all. However, one thing you should know that the Unisoc T616 is a good chipset but not any high performance chipset. If fact, if you compare with a budget chipset like MediaTek Helio G80, Helio G80 has a much better gaming performance. Still, the 6 GB RAM is definitely a big plus. The phone gets a little heated in the upper center when playing games but there is no excessive heating issue. The regular popular games should be playable with decent graphics settings smoothly without any lag or trouble at all. The extended 128 GB ROM is using uMCP5 technology which is faster than the UFS 2.1 and comparable to UFS 2.2 or higher. This is definitely a very strong feature in a low-budget phone like this.

Among other features, we have USB Type-C, a stylish side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual SIM option as well as a separated / dedicated MicroSD slot and a so-called Super Box speaker for better audio output. Overall, it is a highly recommended phone from us if you are looking for a kind of best all-in-one package at lowest possible price at the moment.
