There are many things that excite us about the new OnePlus Ace 3. The Ace series has always been pretty bold, which is the first thing that we like about this series. Despite being bold, it is not boastful. These aren”t even front-line flagships. But the X-Factor is present here, which is an essential element for success these days and it’s not easy to create. OnePlus has done it again with their 3rd generation Ace phone. First, let us have a look at its pricing:

As we have already mentioned that this is more of a modest flagship-killer rather than a proper flagship. But that’s why we like it more. It’s accessible for many more consumers and frankly, a lot of them do not need any max-grade phone. For this price, OnePlus did not compromise at all in its design. Fabulous, classy, stunning, all these adjectives will fit well with it. Not just the design, we have a very strong aircraft-grade aluminum-alloy metal frame, glass back with matte finish and a Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protected screen. There is no mention of any splash resistance, but the brand did mention that the touch function of the screen works well even with raindrops on it. So, we assume the phone should be splash resistant altogether. But they didn’t provide any IP rating, perhaps to cut the cost a bit.
The 6.78 large screen has no missing features. You are getting everything that you’d expect from a device like this. The LTPO AMOLED technology is well-known for less power consumption. There is 1.5K resolution with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision for excellent visuals. The cameras aren’t its main features, but we are getting a decent 50 MP primary shooter with a well-known Sony IMX890 sensor. So, photography would be fine. There is also up to 4K@60fps video recording capability. Its 16 MP selfie camera is nothing impressive and if selfies are very important to you, you’ll surely find better deals than this at this budget range.
For performance, we are provided with a 4 nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, 12 or 16 GB RAM and Aerospace Grade VC Cooling. So, if you are a gamer who is into the fusion of this classy design, this is an amazing fit. Battery capacity is pretty good with 5500 mAh size and a 100W fast charger is included in the box, which takes a maximum of around half an hour to fully charge the device. It comes in black, blue and rose gold colors.
