itel continues to impress the lower budget phone buyers with a stylish new release named itel A70. Right now, it is available in one single 4/128 GB variant for BDT 9,990 Taka. The phone has four different color options: Brilliant Gold, Starlish Black, Field Green and Azure Blue.
At the moment there are not many latest smartphones priced under 10,000 Taka and competitive options are very limited. So, this is an exciting release for us. We are getting an Android 13 phone with upgraded design. The glossy back panel design looks stunning. On top of that, it has a matt finish so it doesn’t attract fingerprints.
Then the V-Notch is upgraded to a dynamic bar notch. This is the lowest priced dynamic bar smartphone in the Bangladesh market right now. This feature became popular with the Apple iPhone 15 series. Lately, Infinix released the lower budget Smart 8 phone with a similar feature but that will cost you BDT 10,499. However, Infinix offers a punch-hole bar with ring flash and a better T606 processor so you may check that out as well.
But let’s stick to itel here. We have checked out photo samples from some reviewers and you can check for yourself on YouTube as well. They looked great for the price. We are talking about both the front and back cameras. If you are looking for a combination of latest design and fine cameras under 10K price, this one is a very strong choice.
The chipset is a Unisoc T603 one. This has puzzled us because we never saw this chipset before. It’s not very common. Usually we see a Unisoc T606 chipset around this price, for example in the Symphony Z60 model. This is another fine competitor of itel A70 by the way but that runs on older Android 12 version. itel is giving something more fresh. But still Unisoc T603 performs lower than the T606. As a user who values performance greatly, we will definitely choose a phone with T606 chipset over a T603 one.
